Our client wanted additional space for their family to gather during holidays but wanted to ensure that the new space blended seamlessly into their existing home.
This Renovation Included the Following
- Custom Millwork
- Installation of wide planking flooring in the new areas.
- Complete gutting and remodeling of basement powder room.
- Creation of a new rear deck.
- Creation of a second floor balcony.
- Creation and installation of a custom made mosaic tile.
- Installation of all new windows and doors (along the rear of the house).
- New Cedar Roof
- Creation of a portico on the front of the house.
- Remodeling an existing screened porch.
