Our client purchased this 20,000 sq ft home and had us gut everything down to the studs.
Renovation Included the Following
- All new millwork and wide plank hardwood flooring was installed throughout the home.
- Upgraded the electrical system to Lutron
- Addition of a whole-house generator.
- Installation of USAI LED recessed lighting fixtures throughout the home.
- Removal of one of the two showers that had been in the master bedroom. The new shower includes a steam unit with his and her controls and shower heads.
- A soaking tub was added to the center of the room, as well as a gas log set in the bathroom fireplace.
